Dr. William H. Snow
Dr. Will
iam Snow received his B.A and M.A. from Pacific Lutheran University and Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Palo Alto, Dr. William Snow served at Bethany University for over 25 years where he was Professor of Psychology, Director of Institutional Research, Vice President for Academics and Chair of the Department of Psychology. Dr. Snow is also a Colonel in the Army National Guard Medical Department and Commander of the California Medical Command which provides physical and behavioral health assessment and health promotion to over 16,000 individuals. He also has extensive experience in peace keeping operations in Kosovo and working with Partnership for Peace programs in Ukraine, Thailand, and Nigeria. Dr. Snow’s early research was on behavioral health promotion with children and adolescents while current research is on how leader decision making and actions positively or negatively impacts the wellbeing of individuals and organizations.
Jared W. Snow
Jared W. Snow began his B.A. at Bethany University and completed his B.A. in Organizational Management with a focus on Project Management from Ashford University. He is currently working on his M.B.A. with a specialization on Leadership from Liberty University. Jared experienced leadership roles early in life working for Bon Appetit and becoming an Executive Chef by the time he was 21. He currently leads an IT Service Desk team responsible for supporting over 13,000 users. Jared is also a First Lieutenant in the California Army National Guard with 10 years of military experience, 8 of which were spent as an enlisted member of the National Guard. Jared’s current projects focus on individual and organizational leadership development.
